PCG-SF "CONSULATE ON WHEELS" GOES TO CONCORD, CA
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco will conduct a consular outreach mission in Concord, CA on July 2, 2011 (Saturday).
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For the processing of passport applications, please note that this will be provided to the first 120 passport applicants only (no appointments).
Passport applicants are no longer required to bring photographs since they will have their pictures taken using ePassport data capturing machines at the outreach site. However, they still need to bring other necessary requirements, such as their current passport, the passport application form (which may be downloaded from the Consulate website), an application fee of $60.00 and a self-addressed stamped (Express Mail with tracking number) envelope, or a prepaid courier envelope, with their application. Please submit photocopies of the supporting documents (e.g for passport applications submit a photocopy of the passport data/photopage).
