PCG-SF "CONSULATE ON WINGS" GOES TO

ANCHORAGE AND JUNEAU, ALASKA (JUNE 1-2/3-4) 2012

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco will conduct back-to-back consular outreach missions in the cities of Anchorage (1-2 June) and Juneau (3-4 June) in Alaska.

  • ANCHORAGE

When: June 1 -2, 2012  (Friday and Saturday)

Time: June 1 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) June 2 (8:30 am – 12 pm)

Where: Bereka Church, 2511 Sentry Drive, Anchorage, Alaska.

In view of the large of number of applicantions, consular services in Anchorage will be done on appointment basis only.  Please contact Jesse Vizcocho (907) 947-0809 or jessviz@yahoo.com to set an appointment.  Join the "Anchorage, Alaska Philippine Consulate Outreach 2012" Facebook Group to get updates on the visit of the Philippine Consulate General.

  • JUNEAU

When: June 3-4, 2012 (Sunday and Monday)

Time: beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Where: Filipino Community Inc. Hall, 251 South Franklin Street, Juneau, Alaska

REGISTRATION FOR THE OVERSEAS ABSENTEE VOTING WILL ALSO BE CONDUCTED

Passport applicants are no longer required to bring photographs since they will have their pictures taken using ePassport data capturing machines at the outreach site. However, they still need to bring other necessary requirements, such as their current passport, the passport application form (which may be downloaded from the Consulate website), an application fee of $60.00 and a self-addressed stamped (Express Mail with tracking number) envelope, or a prepaid courier envelope, with their application. Please submit photocopies of the supporting documents (e.g for passport applications submit a photocopy of the passport data/photopage).
