30/08/2012: SAN FRANCISCO PCG WELCOMES NEW OFFICER


The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco welcomes Vice Consul Reichel Quiñones, who transferred to San Francisco from the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, where she served for four years as its Third Secretary and Vice Consul.

Prior to Singapore, which was Ms. Quiñones’ first foreign posting, she was the Acting Director for Institutional Policies at the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

She was previously employed with the Department of Trade and Industry in various capacities, where her last post prior to joining the DFA was as Executive Assistant to the Undersecretary for Regional Operations.

Ms. Quiñones holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Charles Sturt University in Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
