19/12/2012: Notice To Overseas Filipino Voters Who Failed To Vote During the 2007 and 2010 National Elections
Filipinos overseas who are registered overseas absentee voters (OAV) as of the 2007 National Elections but failed to vote during the May 14, 2007 and May 10, 2010 elections are advised to check at the website of the COMELEC (www.comelec.gov.ph) and DFA (www.dfa.gov.ph) the list of OAV who failed to vote twice. Their names shall be removed from the National Registry of Overseas Absentee Voters (NROAV) unless they file a Manifestation of Intent to participate in the forthcoming May 13, 2013 elections pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 9567 entitled In the matter of the Policy to be adopted for Overseas Voters Who Failed to Vote Twice for the Purposes of the May 13, 2013 National and Local Elections.
You may file the Manifestation by :
1. Faxing it to the Philippine Consulate General San Francisco (fax no.: 415-421-2641) if you reside within its consular jurisdiction or directly to the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting in Manila (fax no.: +632 521-2952)
(please state the Philippine Consulate where you registered, your maternal middle name and birthdate)

Deadline for submission of the manifestation is now 11 January 2013. END
