Final Testing and Sealing of Vote Counting Machines

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has issued a Notice to the Public on the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of Vote Counting Machines (VCM) that it will conduct at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco.

The Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) in San Francisco will be held at the Philippine Consulate General on April 07, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.

All candidates, registered political parties, coalition of political parties, associations and organizations, participating in the party-list system of representation are hereby notified accordingly. All interested parties are invited to observe the FTS.
