29/06/2016: SFPCG ATTENDS COMMEMORATION OF 118TH ANNIVERSARY OF PROCLAMATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE IN SOLANO COUNTY, SACRAMENTO, SAN JOSE, DALY CITY, ALAMEDA, AND UNION CITY
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco attended various Philippine Independence Day Anniversary Celebrations in the Bay Area in the month of June, starting with Solano County’s Pista sa Nayon, held at the Vallejo Waterfront on 04 June 2016, the 40th Filipino Fiesta held at the J. Rizal City Center in Sacramento on 05 June 2016, the flag-raising events of the Filipino-American Community in Daly City and San Jose held at their respective City Halls on 10 June 2016, the Alameda flag-raising held at the Alameda City Hall on 11 June 2016, and the 11th Annual Adobo Festival, held in Union City on 19 June 2016.
