12/10/2016: SAN FRANCISCO PCG HOLDS CONSULAR OUTREACH IN TACOMA, WASHINGTON ON 30 SEPTEMBER TO 02 OCTOBER 2016

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted a consular mission on Friday to Sunday, 30 September to 02 October 2016 at the Asia Pacific Cultural Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Headed by Team Leader, Vice Consul Carlyn A. Monastrial, the Consulate was able to process the following services:  236 ePassport renewals; one (1) lost regular passport, and one (1) extension.  For notarials,84 Acknowledgements were processed, three (3) Authentications and ten (10) Certifications/Affidavits.  There were twelve Reports of Marriage and nine (9) Reports of Birth, and 48 people reacquired Philippine citizenship, with seven (7) minor derivatives.

The eight-person team was assisted by volunteers organized by the Filipino Community Alliance of Tacoma, headed by Ms. Lee Noble. Volunteers assisted in the pre-processing of documents and maintained order in the course of the outreach.
