PCG-SF “CONSULATE ON WINGS” GOES TO ALASKA
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco will conduct a consular outreach mission in Anchorage, Alaska on October 22-24, 2010.
Schedule, Location, Contact Persons in Alaska:
- October 22-24 (8:30am-5:30 pm), Friday, Saturday and Sunday for receiving and processing of applications/documents
- Oath-taking of Dual Citizenship applicants to be announced during each day
- Location: The Older Persons Group,(OPAG), John Thomas Building Suite 300, 325 East 3rd Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501

Philippine Passport, Legalization of Documents (affidavits, power of attorney, deeds, other legal instruments), Civil Registry (reports of birth, marriages and death), Dual Citizenship and Trade and Tourism inquiries.
Kababayans in Alaska are also advised to visit the Philippine Consulate General-San Francisco website at www.philippinessanfrancisco.org to download the forms and check the requirements. Kababayans are also advised that the Philippine Consulate General only accepts cash, money order, bank draft, or cashier’s checks (made payable to the Philippine Consulate General) for the services rendered.
